Meet Our Specialists
"Our treatment philosophy is “client centered”. Everyone has different goals and expectations. Some would like to be able to return to work without pain. Some would like to return to playing golf on weekends, and others would like to return to ski racing at a highly competitive level. We focus on developing individualized programs based on each client’s specific goals, hence our slogan; Achieve Goals... Exceed Expectations."

Nicole Stone-Lankes - CSCS, FMS
Nicole has been involved in the fitness industry for over 20 years, receiving her first personal training certificate at 18 years old from a very accredited institute (Coopers Institute of Aerobic Research, Dallas, TX). She then continued on her journey and completed a degree in Kinesiology, with a minor in psychology, from the University of North Texas. Following college Nicole continued her education and received an educational certificate in biomechanics from C.I.A.R and also became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Most recently, Nicole became a Level 1- FMS Coach (Foundational Movement Skills) and is currently continuing her educational journey to become a Certified Endurance Specialist and a Level 1- Exercise Coach through the Paul Chek Institute. "My education has evolved my training philosophy. I focus on analyzing a client's body asymmetries, addressing the asymmetry and correcting it through correctional exercises before implementing a strength and conditioning routine. This allows a client to maximize their activity performance while limiting their potential for injury."
